  1. Open the Services appPress the Windows key plus R to open Run, type services.msc, and press Enter. The Services window lists background processes.
  2. Find the Bluetooth Support ServiceScroll down the alphabetical list to Bluetooth Support Service. This is the service that manages Bluetooth device discovery and connections.
  3. Restart the serviceRight-click Bluetooth Support Service and choose Restart. If Restart is greyed out, choose Start instead.
  4. Set it to start automaticallyDouble-click the service, set Startup type to Automatic, click Apply, then OK so it runs each time Windows starts.
