Step by step
- Open both appsMake sure the two apps or windows you want side by side are open, even if one is behind the other.
- Hover the green buttonMove your pointer over the green full-screen button in the top-left corner of one window and hold it there to reveal the menu.
- Choose a tiling optionSelect Tile Window to Left of Screen or Tile Window to Right of Screen. That window snaps to one half.
